When I received a Blackberry from Vodacam earlier this year I was told I would have unlimited internet access with the package Blackberry BIS. So I listen to classical music on the net while at work. Very soothing. I received a tax invoice in the post today, for a whopping R1753.69, of which R1377.28 is "data usage". Whats mare I have been billed for Blackberry BIS.
I changed to Vodacom after Cell C tried to "" me, there is NO way Vodacom is going to me either. This account will not be covered (there just wont be the funds to cover it) so Vodacom will have to switch my cell phone off, which means we are going to fight. I trust that Vodacom and I are going to be able to rectify this matter in an amicable manner, otherwise this is going to get nasty.
