I have purchased a blackberry z10 from vodacom and have had all data and airtime completely cleaned out of my device on 4 occasions. device was sent through to vodacom and they claim that an email account cleans out the data. this does not make any sense as to what they say due to the fact that blackberry is primarily used for email communications i run the email account in question on my pc using a 3g modem and my usage is nowhwere close to whats happening on my blackberry. essentially vodacom feels that there is nothing 1 can do bout the problem and in not so many words TOUGH LUCK. very disappointing to note that when having a problem vodacom is not willing to assist
