Despite the correction of the error (see complaint below) and a undertaking / promise that this error (see complaint below), would never happen again, only 2 months into the contract, exactly the same incident has occurred - on 4 April I received an sms stating: "Your monthly Usage Limit of R0.00 has been exceeded. The line will be barred for outgoing calls until 2013-05-01 00:00:00".

"On 1/2/2013, a new contract with Autopage Cresta (Cell C) was taken out (200 free talk minutes, 200 free SMS'S/MMS's and 500MB'S free data per month). To date, even after 4 visits to the branch (4, 6, 7, 8 Feb 2013), a gross misrepresentation wrt to when the line could be used (2 to 24 hours promised, vs actual of 168), failure to explain new governing regulations wrt to limiting of package benefits for contracts (i.e. on 9 Feb 2013, an SMS was received stating "Your monthly usage limit of R0.00 has been exceeded. The line will be barred for all outgoing calls ..."), only 2 local calls made 4 local SMS'S sent on 8 Feb 2013, the refusal to reconnect the line until R10.46 was paid to Autopage, the subsequent payment of R20 and acknowledgement of such by Autopage, the line is still not operational. "
