Once again MTN has disapponted me. I have had my HTC one X for six months and notice in the last day that my tilt sneor stop function and that the LCD has spots on it. I took into the store hereby I was ask to chat to the HTC call centre. The HTC call centre confirmed that there is a hardware problem and that I should hand my phone in for repairs.

Being a businessman, I enquired from MTN if i could have a loan phone in the interm. The assitant (Funeka) look at me and simply said NO. it is not our policy. I expained that my wokr requires i have access to cell and email and being that the phone had a micro sim, i did not have a phone to use.

the assistant just looked at like i was stupid. She refused to listen and just left me standing and atarted assisting other customers. This was totally unacceptable.

I request MTN contact me to arrange for the repair to my phone as I purchased it from you and that a loan phone be arranged. I am not prepared to pay for another SIM card while my phone is in for repoair.
