Cybersmart Customer Service Down the Drain!

We are very unsatisfied with Cybersmart as an ISP.

We initially moved over from @lantic ISP to Cybersmart in the hope of better service. It went well for the first few years but now their service went down the drain.

We continually struggle with slow internet speed and with internet connection that is dropping all the time.

We are a large company and depend on email for most of our business operations. We have called in to report that we cannot send mails 3 times today and we are still struggling.

We have also been advised that the company may only send 250 emails per hour which means a mear 5 emails per user per hour. This is ridiculous! Cybersmart is not willing to increase this even after we have migrated to a bigger hosting pacakge recently.

It is astonishing how bad the service got. When calling the call centre you have to hold on for at least 15 minutes before an agent answers and then most of the time they just promise to give a call back and never resolves the problem.

We have mentioned that we want to move to another ISP but clearly this does not bother them, I mean why should a customer be important???
