I have logged an insurance claim form dated 04.11.2013. Since then I have faxed the same paperwork 7 times with no confirmation received on progress of claim. I have wasted much time visiting there retail branch in the Picbel Parkade Mall. Although the service level of the consultant assisting me was of a high standard I feel that to date the overall service of MTN insurance is poor as I have not received progress of my claim and I am still without a phone. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with the service provided because I have been a loyal client to MTN for over ten years.
I expect communication from MTN insurance by close of business on 28.11.2013 advising me the status on this query. I have endure loss of income due to being without a phone. I trust that this matter will be sorted by 28/11/2013. Failure of this request will leave me no choice but to take this matter further.
