I book my phone for repairs because it was only one haedset that was working they told me the phone wil take 16-21 working days fine the following day I got an sms my phone is ready for collection I asked the saleslady to test the phone before I leave the store she told me she told have the earphones fear enough I went to the guy who helped me a day before he went to get the earphone and test the phone the phone still having the same problem from there I didnt get any help they told me to take the phone to sumsung myself
