Windows 7 would not see my 3G stick, so I e-mail Vodacom and within 8 hours I received an e-mail with a download which enabled my windows 7 to see my 3G. I replied with "thank you" and within 15 seconds Nathaneil replied with "my pleasure any other problems please e-mail". Now thats brilliant service, as I looked on the web there were lots of people with the same problem and nobody could sort it out, so yes Vodacom has at least one guy that is very quick and knows his job.
