Without going into too much detail, we were in a predicament after being Let down by a company we had ordered product from. We urgently needed to get the materials, and had to arrange our own courier service due to the incompetence of said company. It was already 13:30 on 18-10-13 and another courier company could not help. We called Courier Guy and TJ of Courier Guy and Liezel of XOC understood the urgency of our predicament. They immediately assisted us (despite us not having an existing account) and got the invoice to us, payment was made and at 15:30 Nash had already collected our product in Boksburg.By 16:15 Nash was already at our premises in Northriding with our parcel. What an exceptional team, thank you TJ, Liezel and Nash. You are fine examples of hard workers and your flexibility has not only benefited ourselves but the clients who are to enjoy the products today on their wedding day. I applaud you and I will now only use Courier Guys service
