8ta incorrectly activates 3 lines

I signed up for 3 lines at the Telkom store in Cresta, after cancelling the third line, they still decided to activate 3 lines and charge me R4950, no one is able to assist me in this matter.if it is not resovled by today, I will get my lawyers to sue Telokm for breach of contract
