Bad service

On 28 March I was robbed at gun point. I went to the police station for an affidavit and case number and submitted my claim to Altech Claims / Insurance department on the 2nd April 2013. I received feedback from Autopage on the 8th April, message is as follows: Good day, Your excess amount will be R350.00 and will only be debited on your account with the subscription once you have received the handset.I do not know as to when you will be receiving the handset as Autopage has outsourced a new logistic department.I will keep on checking for you and advise.....It is now week 4 and I have not received my new cell phone and NOBODY has the decency to call me back, NOBODY has replied to my emails. This morning 22/04/13 I spoke to Insurance dept again and asked her to cancel my contract. They have sent me an April Invoice. Why should I pay for April, I didnt utilise the services. I DO NOT WANT THE NEW CELL PHONE AND I DO NOT WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF ALTECH AUTOPAGE.....I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM.. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL....PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.....
