Billing 10 months after cancellation request

I requested MTN on 21 March 2012 to cancel my contract. In December 2012 I realised that MTN is still billing me for the number that is no longer in use. I followed up with them on 16 December 2012. I forwarded the original e-mail dated 21 March 2012 to them.

It is 15 January 2013 and I just received another account!
