Double Billing even when account is closed

I joined a Disney book club which is offered by a company called Jacklin Enterprises, The agreement was that I will pay R139.963 per month and receive these books monthly. Everything was fine until November 2012, when they debited my account twice; first with the original amount agreed upon which was R 139.963 then they debited again with a mount of R 149.99. As soon as I realised, I called to query the amount of R 149.99, and I was told it was for additional books, I had not requested additional books and I told them to cancel that order because it was not agreed upon. I was told it was cancelled. Please bear in mind that they did not pay me back my R149.99. In December 2012 the company did the very same thing, debited my account twice with R139.93 and R149.99 using different reference numbers. On the 4th of January I called the company again querying the R149.99, BUT I was not given a clear answer. I then requested that they closed my account as I was no longer interested due to the ridiculous double billing. I also asked them to send me proof of cancellation; which they never did. Today the 1 February 2013 this company debited my account with an amount of R279.86. I am not sure
