On Tuesday, 24/09/2013, AND Saturday, 28/09/2013, I contacted the call center regarding the issue of dropped calls / internet access.
I have continuously been having issues regarding the Cell C coverage and every time I log the call, I get told that it will take 24-48 hours for someone to contact me! To date, I have not had ANY FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER!
I have 2 Cell C sim card with the exact same coverage issue (I get told to take the battery and sim out and try again - THIS NEVER WORKS!)
I am now at my wits end and unless this issue is resolved, I will be taking this further.
