Bad service turned into excellent service

I logged a call regarding 3G coverage at my house on the 6th of March 2013. I was sent from pillar to post. About six weeks ago I got into my car and drove to the MTN innovations department. There I met Ande Masimini. He promised me to sort out my coverage problem.

Well today they did and I now have full 3G reception at my house. For the first time in months I'm able to work properly.

Thank you to Ande and the team at MTN Innovations Centre. You've restored my faith in MTN as a brand.
