I am furious with Vodacom, After being a loyal subscriber for 15 years and putting all of my business contracts through them, Vodacom has hit me with a R4000 bill for USSD and Subscription services, on a data sim! I am told that the sim in question was taken out of the dongle and put in a cell and those will airtime games where played to the tune of 4K. Now my question is, those ganmes are only for prepaid subscribers. How does VC let billing like that go through on a contract data SIM? I am told that the SIM may have been cloned. But once again VC should keep better control of the WASPs that bill our accounts! My spend is between R8000 and R12000, I plan on canceling all of my accounts if this billing is not reversed!
