Phone been in repairs for 4 month- Pathetic

For the last 4 months I have had my Blackberry phone for maybe 2 weeks. Still not fixed but never mind the client that pays the contract and the provider that just doesn't care. I don't know how many times you want to try and fix the phone??? But I'm paying for it and don't even use it. Telling me its my memory card and my sim card that is screwing up the phone when I switched the phone on in the shop without even placing anything in it and wait I didn't even sign for my phone yet and it showed the same issue all over again. ( After the 4th time you tried to fix it). So for a second time my phone was sent to JHB from CPT to be fixed. A mother city without a "advance" repair shop, kinda sad. Don't really understand why such a big and busy city have to loose workload to jhb! I'm furious, I kept my cool for way to long regards to my phone but now I have had it. Even tho that I won't get another blackberry but just the fact that Vodacom is not assisting me in this matter. Service manager Nicolette for assisting me thanks but further no comment. Not even another follow up from the other manager Estelle or Este (who got my surname wrong when returning me phone call)
