why are you still deducting monies from my account when I have cancelled with you in January?!? I have paid my cancellation fee and this is the second amount taken off!
I want nothing to do with you, I made this clear when I cancelled yet you are still haunting me. Your service was terrible - the customer care woman I spoke to yesterday was rude and raised her voice to me. She spoke to me like I was a child.
Please get hold of me ASAP. This is beyond ridiculous.
