On the 1st of May 2013 I cancelled my contract at the customer care department at Canal Walk. My contract was completed in February 2013 already and after phoning twice they told me no more monies will be deducted. Nobody told me to sign a cancellation from. On the 1st of May I DID sign this cancellation form. But this morning another R220.00 was deducted from my account. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I call this plain and I want my money back in my account. I cancelled due to the pathetic service of Vodacom and changing from MTN to Vodacom was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
