Absolutely REDICULOUS service

I cancelled my membership and was told I needed to pay a 40% cancellation fee as my contract wasn't up which was fine except I cancelled on the 21st December 2012 (and got told an amount I needed to pay for the remaining 9 months) and still got debited at the end of January for February? When I phoned to enquire I was then very rudely told by Percy that it was because the cancellation fee was only paid in January even though I cancelled on the 21st December 2012 (which was never even mentioned when the amount was paid) and if that is the case why did I pay for the remaining 9 months mentioned in December if I should only have then paid for the remaining 8 if the "cancellation" was only processed in January? When I spoke to the woman that I paid the amount to in January she said I would not be debited and if I was I could come in and speak to Percy and he would sort out the refund. If that was the case Percy should have explained more thoroughly but he was more interested in having the amount paid and disappearing back to his office. I am very dissatisfied with the service received at muscle and fitness and I will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE EVER!
