To whom it may concern. I informed the davenport branch i was robbed for my blackberry which was on contract. I am aware that the phone was not insured and I was told that i need to take out a 2nd line but still liable to pay for the firstt line. NOW THAT MEANS I HAVE TO PAY FOR I was informed that my inquiry was with the legal department as it was in arrears. I informed the legal department CONTACTS. I had made all the necessary payments. I then went to the Davenport branch and asked them to fax payment for me, I was then told that i need to call the 808 number. Please note I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE TO CALL THAT NUMBER i have however tried to call from a friends phone but was not successful. It now over a month and still received no response or informed on the status on my claim.so could some one phone me on 0766193112 and INFORM me what is happening URGENTLY.
