Still Waiting

It's been almost two months since I cancelled my Uncapped ADSL contract and asked to change it to MTN 3G Uncapped Lite. I am also waiting for a response on how far my order is, I asked somebody to check how far it is, they just said they see nothing on their side, I call and call and no response, and I emailed sales department, still nothing.
