I made the mistake of porting from Virgin to CellC prepaid. The call quality is so bad as to be useless. When people phone me I cannot hear anything they're saying and they cannot hear me. Most of the time it goes directly to voice mail. I tried calling the call centre but they cannot hear me. Internet simply does not work. I went to Vodacom yesterday to port away from CellC but the porting has not gone through yet. I suspect CellC is holding onto my number and I cannot call anyone to find out what is going on. I'm stuck on this rubbish network unable to do any business, and losing customers daily. Either give me coverage or let me go somewhere else.
