Last year I received a modem from cellc, the agreement was that I pay R99pm, then I was debited an amount of R400 and in could not understand why, I logged the complaint on hello Peter and only received one phone call about the matter and the lady said she would call me back, I didn't receive any form of notification since then about my account, that was in 2012, it is now 2013 and I want to do an upgrade and this issue is coming up again, I have spoken to several people one very rude lady, Snothemba who said she would help but still failed, I received statements of my account and struggling to find clarity on the matter.
I am very disappointed with the level of service from cellc.
