I have already logged a complaint for cellc a week ago. i received a lovely sms with reference number 3080600466 with a promise that they will call me to resolve the issue.
So here is a recap, I'm struggling to do a simswop, people in the call centre as well as in store are most unhelpful. I logged a complaint via hello peter, and cellc's customer service email. STILL no response.
As my phone is more out of order than working, i would like to CANCEL my contract, cellc haven't come back with that either, they can deduct all cancellation fees from the money i paid already each month for a contract that does not work. And pay the rest back to me, otherwise its steeling.
As i get no response from cellc, what is my next step? Small claims court?
