1. During Aug. this year I received a phone call from an attorney advising me that I owe CellC /-R500. I asked the person to send me an account so that I can detemine why it is claimed that I owe CellC the mentioned amount as I am not aware of any outstanding amount. I never received anything.
2. I think this phone call was a rsullt of my application for a CellC contract being turned down.
3. At the end of Aug. I emailed Cell C to try and clarify the matter.
4. In reply you advised me to phone Pholosa, which I did about two weeks ago. A very unhelpful man answered the phone. I again asked for details of how the outstanding amount is determined and the reason therefore. He was very unsure whether he could do that but in the end said it would be done in a few days.
5. I still have not received anything. Pholosa is useless.
6. I don't understand how someone can expect me to pay an outstanding amount without providing me with the details.
