CELLC CONTINUE TO GIVE POOR SERVICE

I cancelled my 6 contracts with Cellc in Nov 2011. June 2012 I got an email to say my account is overdue. On query I was told an amount of R499.00 is outstanding. After a lengthy query I received an email to confirm the account is reversed. July 2013 I received an SMS to say I still owe Cellc and I sent the email I received in June 2012 to the legal department. September 2013 I received another SMS to say my account is about to be handed over. I then spoke to Tsakani who told me the matter is closed at the legal department. Why would Cellc not have systems and people to do their jobs and then keep acting as if they know what they are doing.
