Call Centre messed up my Installation

Hi,

I phoned in on the 3rd April to setup an Installation at my new premises. I logged the call and was given an installation date. However, when I received the conformation sms the address was allocated incorrectly. I phoned back on the 4th of April, and phonetically spelt the address to the agent that helped me. Phoning the to confirm this morning I was told that the wrong address is still on the application. I spoke to Jeanine and she said that they will have to give me a new installation date if they change the address. I can't get leave from my company as I want, and made this booking in advance to ensure that it happens on Thursday. I have just phoned in again, as Jeanine cut my call earlier, I spoke to Pumsille and still the address is incorrect. Please confirm the correct installation address for the 18th April 2013 as 9 Montagu, Kingfisher Crescent, Meyersdal Ext 19.

This is very important.
