Refreshining honesty and sincerety from Afrihost

In an age when one is often treated with disdain and deviousness by businesses and individuals alike, the contrast that human-respect for a customer by any company may offer is very noticeable.
In short, a glitch in the works caused that I hadn't' received the service I was entitled to. As soon as I brought this under the attention of Afrihost, the matter resolved (with a credit refund [more than I was entitled to {which I had not in mind, but what the }]). I reported it on Sunday, and Bongani did him/her - sorry, but I have no idea if you put on lipstick or not - best to explain to me what the problem was.
This morning, the CEO, Gian, sent me a not telling me that the matter had been sorted.
A bit later the accounts division sent me a further note confirming my credit allocation.
It was not the credit that I received that made me write this compliment but, simply the friendly, open, speedy, honest and sincere manner in which my matter was handled.
Success is not only sitting on a pile of money with a smile, but is greater when you customers applaud you while you are sitting on the pile with a smile.
