Excellent Service from Afrihost

Hi

I recently joined afrihost from Mweb. However I had my dates mixed up, and I completed my application to join as of the start of august, but my line was still with Mweb until the end of August.

I spoke to Derek from the Call Centre, and he was very helpful, and told me they would cancel my order and credit note me for the month of August which I couldn't use.
I sent him an email to sort it out, he never responded, but Kelebongile did and the matter had been resolved.

I'm very pleased with the service, and that Afrihost is one of the few companies that seems to care about their customers. I must commend Derek on his service, unfortunately I don't have his surname (I hope you can track that on your system).
