I have been dedicated and loyal to vodacom canal walk to your Brand.
The dedication and loyalty in return has been absolutly pathetic. On Saturday, the 6th April 2013, I requested an upgrade of my cellular contract a the Canal walk branch and dealt with a gentleman by the name shane.all relevant papaerwork was filled out and the gentlemen informed me that the phone would be delivered on monday 9th of april . i have not received any feedback until now, only when i phoned for feedback thy didnt confirm date, as they did not know.
how is that possible?
if you deal with service on a daily basis.
