A month or two ago I had a slight issue whilst changing ISP's from MWEB to Afrihost. It was a problem to such an extent that I spent 53 minutes on my cell, using my own airtime to sort the issue out.
The people I worked with helped me and went out of their way to rectify my problem.
This month my debit order was R300 less than it should be. I queried the accounts department about this and I was told that a credit note of R300 was passed on my account for poor service previously.
To be quite honest, I have never come across this before. I wish such service and awesome treatment of customers will come from all other companies us consumers work with.
