I cannot believe that you can offer server hosting facilities and when a client has an issue that needs your attention, you TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND... in fact im yet to received a response.
I promise you right now i will cancel every single service i have with you (of which i have numerous). I expect a call back by not later than 10am today (15th of April)
