L took a cell c modem that never worked for repairs last year November and they said it will take up to 21 days to finish with the repair and up to know l have not yet got it back. l went to the menlynn branch and spoke the manager because the consultant could not help since l lost the slip for repairs and he took my details and promised to get it for me and will the following day of which he never did, so l went back to the branch and spoke to the managers' assitant who also took down my details and promised to get back to me by last wednesday of which he never did up to today. l am so with the service of cell c and l don't see myself doing business with them anymore.
