Around 3 months ago I sent in my blackbery into cell c for repair. The sales lady told me it would take 21 working days to repair. After 4 weeks, on the 4th of october I received my phone bt it had nt been repaired. So on the 11th of october I took it back and I was issued with a loan phone whoch battery only last half an hour. On the 7th of november I phoned cell c to find out about my phone only to find out that it never left the store for repairs.after many calls to the head office it was finally picken up on the 11th of november. I then proceded to phone the repair centre to whom I spoke to devin and denver. I was promised many times to b called back n kept informed but I had to call back every time. On the 18th I phoned n spoke to devin who confirmed that the phone had been fixed n was bein despatched n I can go pick it up on wednesday, Well 20th came and it still never arrive at the store so I called the repair centre today only to find out my phone is only bein despatched today. This is ridiculous. I paid by bill for 3 months bt never use the phone. Worst is that every1 I spoke to seems to have a 'don't care' attitude. All promised to call back bt not one did. Totally fustrated
