I have send mails on vodacoms website, with no response from Vodacom, when you call then and request answer the operator get snotty and then i return being snotty and scream at them, if they just want to listen what you say, its like you waiste their time sepouse to have tea break i dont know, as the one told me please get to the point. i keep on getting phone calls from vodacom wanting to smear this off and that off on me. i have asked a number of times please stop calling me as i was cought in one of the contracts and i cant stop it becouse i have to pay in for it and not get anything back from it, i am not satisfied with it, becouse i cant recharge how i want i lost all my talking points and where they guy told me it will be better i am actually worse off so it actually is going to come to the point i will have to buy a new simcard and change my number and cut up the simcard and when contract expires tell vodacom to please stopp the debit order. so i would like to request that vodacom please stop calling me about contracts what so ever becouse if i do get another call about what ever they want to smear off at me i will make a case of harrasment againts them.
