I had a contract with MTN and missed payment in 2010 and 2011, but they usually called me to pay or send me an sms and I will settle what ever amount I was owing, and my contract was expiring 2012 April and I settled everything with MTN and told them to close the contract, but it was not closed and I found out this year that I was owing. Each and every time I call MTN it was as if am calling for the first time. I had to explain one thing over and over again. Then I decided to settle the amount they told me I was owing. Later this year I found out that they blacklisted me last year 2012 March 27. When I asked why I was not even notified of this all I get was a bad customer service. If I ask why I was blacklisted and they told me because I was not paying my account, but all I want to know is the procedure they using to blacklist people.
