My Sinotec LCD was sent in for repairs on 15/11/2013, today being 24/12/2013 and it has not been returned as yet. When i contacted the repair centre, the unit was still awaiting spares. It is unacceptable that a repair can take more 30 days, and still be awaiting spares.
