No Stock available - Galaxy S4 phone

I've taken my phone in on 4th Oct (ref SA76030), I was told the motherboard and battery is the problem. In addition it was mentioned the phone would be ready ready in the 5th, when I went to collect the phone I was then informed the phone is not ready and that there are no spares. When I enquired about how long it will take the consultant says it can be short or it can take a few days. Today I've been told there is not stock in SA and I have to wait anything between 10days and 5 weeks to know if there will be stock or if my phone will be replaced (awaiting management approval).
Can some one please give me more accurate dates, it seems everyone is hiding behind the future of up to 5 weeks. With the way im being serviced 5 weeks will elapse only to be told to wait another 5 weeks!
