I am very unhappy as I had a problem with my Iphone 5. It is less than a year old and I was not able to charge it. I took it into the repair centre where they told me it would have to be exchanged with a refurbished phone and they were awaiting stock. I was told it would take about a week maybe up to two weeks. It is now more than 3 weeks and every time I phone all they say is they are still waiting for stock and cannot give me any more information. How long am I going to wait??? I find this totally unacceptable as they don't supply you with a loan phone but they still continue to run your contract and charge you your monthly subscription. I have only been with Mtn less than a year after been with vodacom for about 20 years. I am really starting to regret my decision that I changed
