MTN and bad service

My cell phone contract with MTN expired end of Feb 2013.

MNT refused to assist with a where Integrate deducted R60/day since December from my TOPPED up contract. There is a website with a competition to win an IPad 4 - any cell number can be entered and this is seen as permission to start deducting varied amounts from the contract with no services rendered. While Integrate cancelled the subscription, they refused any refunds or explainations..

MNT would also not released my number. We have been to MNT, Nelspruit, MTN Sunninghill and MTN Ilanga mall and hours on the phone to MTN customer services. Each time with an empty promise to release the number within 24 hours. It is now more than a month wasted on getting rid of MTN!
