Unacceptable Service

Relating to my previous post. This individually owned store which I believe is not Vodacom itself but a franchise purchased by HiCell.

The feedback received was not adequate and the previous complaint was not handled in a customer service orientated way. They were not willing to listen to any of my reasoning although the lack of transparency was evident and there is not enough character space to place here their responses. Even the questions asked could be answered because I am sure they know they are wrong with all the arguments placed before them but they are will not admit it.

In conclusion, I would just like to state that I am extremely dissatisfied as it stands and I recommend that anybody not conduct any Vodacom related business at this particular store as they do not know the meaning of customer service. The managers are arrogant and self centered and you can pick up the only focus of how their business is run is to make money and disregard their customers complaints and arguments.

They are incompetent in their service delivery and are extremely delayed when it comes to providing feedback and assisting their customers in any way possible.

Extremely Unhappy!!!
