Hi,
i'm on holiday here in stilbay and went into the vodacom store behind spar. Those ladies helping customers are just amazing. wow fantastic good old customer greeting with a smile as you enter the shop before getting to the counter. At first i thought they are only nice to me but noticed the same happens to every customer that enters the store even the normal delivery company delivering the shops' products. Wow, really amazing, In Cape Town, it is more like arrogant type of customer assistant who think they know everything and that they are the "ou" or "girl" and we as customers know absolutely nothing about phones, just a few to go through asap before their break comes. Please vodacom, this is the type of service we need all over the country. Come take a look and learn how customers should really be treated like!
