TELKOM CALL CENTER AGENT PUT THE PHONE DOWN

Two weeks ago we logged a request to get the internet installed at our new flat. They have phoned me yet not my boyfriend the person responsible for the account. Today they phoned asking for his number, I gave it to them yet the have yet to phone him. So Mike (boyfriend) phoned the helpline just to have the call center agent put the phone down on him!

How is that okay? We are paying customers and we have yet to have our phone line installed yet we still paying for it, and have the phone slapped down in his face is just another slap in his face.
