Firstly let me compliment Andrew Dove who works at the 8ta Musgrave store. His service is excellent and he is the only good thing about my entire experience with 8ta.
After a really rocky start with 8ta I eventually got my I pad.
The problem is I am paying WAY more than what was advertised. I went in to see the (you can't phone the... TELKOM does not have an incoming line for customers... HOW INCREDIBLY STUPID IS THAT!!!) I have to drive into town from Kloof repeatedly to find out why my account is such a mess.
Eventually we have discovered that I am now paying for someone else's contract as well as mine???
How can a company this big be so inefficient. TELKOM you should be embarrassed by your inefficient and shocking service. Not only do I expect a full refund of all over charges, but I expect to be compensated for the ridiculous traveling that you force me to do because you won't have a phone. This is the 21 st century wake up customers will never put up with this nonsense... At least get a phone!!!
