Faulty ASDL and shocking service

Faulty ADSL system installed - I had to go and exchange it (I live in Heidelberg so had to drive to Fourways). Second ADSL system also faulty! A staff member of mine spend 4 hours on the phone hanging and being passed around, eventually he was cut off while everyone went home at Telkom. Second day he spend 2 hours on the phone again. I just got cut of myself after hearing a recorded voice say "there seems to be a problem'. No shucks Sherlock! You guys are the problem! You. I'm paying for a service I am not getting and my tea parlour has no wifi! A friend just recommend Afrihost. I'm calling them right now. Cant wait for Telkom to phone me back with their stupid customer survey on "how was our service". I hope they have minus 10 in the range. Shocking service - I can't even get hold of someone to cancel the line! Avoid them like the plague if you're smart!
