Why am I paying if the service doesn't work?

Recently upgraded 2 MTN contracts to new blackberries. Endless trouble. You can't download music off an MTN blackberry anymore, but you get charged the MBs as if you had downloaded. I get different amounts on my airtime balance if I do the *141# or if I call 555 or if I call their helpline. On the 2nd blackberry bbm has just stopped working completely. The helpline staff hung up on my call twice and on the 3rd call the staff member didn't take my complaint seriously and basically just told me to keep trying! But then i get charged for a service I'm not getting and just 'keep trying' won't make BBM work! So I'm stuff with 2 useless contracts for 2 years. After this I'd rather use Telkom!!!
