My cell phone contract was recently upgraded and my new phone was couriered to me. All very well and great.

I received the new phone on a Friday. Inserted my SIM into the new phone, and proceeded to go onto the Net - everything was fine until Saturday morning when I found I couldn't make calls or gain access to the internet. I then proceeded to phone Cell C's helpline - what a joke! From their Helpline one gets the impression that you can go to and not to bother them with your complaint. Way to go Cell C! Look at your pathetic Helpline before spending thousands on advertising on TV. I'm in Marketing - I know.

On that Sunday morning I went into the Cell C branch at Clearwater Mall I was told that because my old phone is a Blackberry, it's contract will only expire on 26/8/13, whereupon the contract for the Samsung Galaxy will take effect.

So yeah, now I cannot even phone out or send SMS's on the Blackberry - but I can access BIS.

is going on? I've never come accross such BS in my life. Cell C get your act together!!!
