I have been struggling for a month now with tyring to download music from there Internet with MTN and blackberry and all of sudden its down and does not work without any notification sent to us as paying customers i think i need get the telecommunications ombud involve in this. you signed a contract deal and u told this is free that is free so now they decide oh i see to many people is downloading lets stop some of the customers so they cant download no more with letting them know i think this is so uncalled for CPA guys i mean really this doesn't work that's why i prefer using CELLC think of moving after 8years with MTN disgusted really.i called logged a call got a fake ref number which no1 can now pick up what i called for and logged i mean sho shocking appalling service really... i was told it will work within 2-24hrs and then my downloads will be charged. i want all my calls to be listened to and proof there of and this matter resolved!!! ASAP i want my plan and contract back to the way is was should have never opted a upgarde with u.
