I bought a Sony Ericsson Satio (touch screen) in 2011, it was under a 2 years warranty. the warranty was due for January 2013. within the warranty period, between 2011& 2012 the phone started showing some spectrum like liquid on the screen. when ever i took it in they repaired it. it then gave me the same problem for the third time December last year, however I took it in January this year as I had no spare phone, and it was the last month of warranty. when I went to collect the phone they had repaired Item s which were not reported to be faulty, I returned it and it was booked in. when it returned again they gave me a different story, saying that I had to pay the amount on the quotation as it is a physical damage, I indicated the history of the phone. they then started taking me from one manager to the other, my phone being booked in and out of the repairs without any changes. I am told that that there are cracks on the screen, which only the technicians can see. last week friday a manager there told me they'll engage vodacom and revert back to after getting the report from their service provider. I am currently sitting with a scrap phone and there is no assistance.

please help!
